Digital products
Because license keys are delivered digitally and cannot be returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once a key has been issued.
When we refund
- The key does not work and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- Your payment was received but the order was rejected in error.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are sent manually to the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account used for payment, usually within 5–7 business days of approval.

Contact support with your order details within 7 days of purchase.
